  • 1. Book an Initial Phone Call

    We’ll start with a focused phone call- just you and me. No pitch, no pressure. I want to understand the good, the bad, and the messy. What’s keeping you up at night? What’s already working? And what’s in the way of where you want to go? If we both feel aligned, we’ll move to Step 2.

  • 2. Schedule a Discovery Meeting

    Next, we’ll bring in the smallest version of your leadership team- the folks who live closest to the pain and the possibility. We’ll unpack what’s really holding the business back, where the friction lives, and what opportunities lie just beyond your current habits. From there, we’ll map out a clear way forward. We can do this in-person, or fully remote.

  • 3. Launch Day

    This is where things start to shift. We’ll spend a full day together, working on the business, not just in it. These are intensive, practical sessions designed to align your team, install new tools, and kickstart real progress. Most teams meet with me every 90 days, but in the early days, we’ll meet more frequently to build the right rhythm and momentum. We can do this in-person, or fully remote.
